§ 1 – General

CELLthium is not liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any external content, goods, or services.

(3) These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Notice, Copyright Notice, and any other terms incorporated herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and CELLthium regarding the Website.

(4) Headings and section titles in these Terms of Use are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure, or any other damages or losses.
